Pool Professor started in 2015 when our founder, Brian Wells, saw a better way to care for pools. Brian has a Ph.D. in Biological Oceanography and taught Marine Science at Florida State University. He has a Masters degree in Environmental Aquatic Science.

He noticed many pool companies were using the same approach for every pool, which didn't always work well. Brian knew that each pool needs its own care plan based on how it's built, where it's located, and how it's used.

For over 8 years now, we've been using this scientific approach to take care of pools all across Tallahassee. Our team focuses on solving problems at their source, not just fixing what you can see on the surface.
